Garden Office with Overhang, Corfe Mullen
Here we are in Corfe Mullen, we have been asked to construct an Office along with an overhang to shelter a seating area.
A Single Ply EPDM rubber roof covers the Office and Overhang.
This room is to be used as an office.
The Build is complete, ready for landscaping.
Garden Studio in Hythe, Southampton
For this project we were asked to create a studio, to incorporate a space to relax, along with a room for guests to stay.

We have used a Charcoal Composite Deck board for this project.
Iroko Skirtings and Architraves were made specially for a different look. A deep Iroko Window Cill was also installed.
Oak Doors pair well with the hardwood finishes.
It was important for our client to have the garden room decking area finished with balustrading to keep their dogs secure.
Cedar Garden Room, Ashley Cross
This project built in Ashley Cross, Parkstone, was a solution to gaining more space to relax and entertain for our client.
Concrete base installed
Main frame ready for insulation, EPDM roof system installed.
Sliding patio doors installed, cedar cladding fitted.
Finished with quality oak laminate and painted skirting boards.
Cedar Garden Lounge Plus in Corfe Mullen
Our client on this project works in the Financial Services Industry. He had recently visited a friend who had a Garden Room and knew he had found his solution to working from home.
This shows the room after the concrete slab has been installed, the timber structure has been built and sheathed with structural OSB boarding.
Insulation and first fix electrics in place, plasterboard is installed. This design calls for the building to be divided by a partition wall, creating a lounge and a 2m x 3.5m office. All elements of our designs can be changed to suit your personal requirements.
Windows and doors have been fitted. The entire building wrapped with breathable membrane and ready for cedar.
EPDM rubber roof installed with anthracite trim to match windows. Western Red Cedar fitted. Resin bound stone is being used on this project to form ramps.
A large building can still become part of the garden.

Cedar Garden Office Wimborne
Our Client on this project works from home 2-3 times per week and with a young family, needed a space to be able to work without interruption. The room needed to have dual use however, providing a space to relax and entertain at the weekend.

This garden office will be used for the client to work from home as well as an entertaining area, with a wall hung television corner sofa.
