New England Range
All of our buildings built in the New England Range style are completly cladded in Hardie Plank Cement cladding. This comes in a range of beautiful colours and are made from advanced fibre cement material, which is non-combustible, this is the highest fire rated (A2, s1-d0) facade cladding possible for a coloured exterior product.
The New England Range is a maintenance free solution. If you would like to build a room between 15m² and 30m², but want to have it close to the boundary, this range is suitable, as with a few tweaks we can make the entire building substantially noncombustible. This being the requirement for permitted development. Rooms between 15m² and 30m² must have a minimum of 1 metre left between the garden room and the boundary, unless the room is built substantially of non combustible materials.
